How it started
Little words changed everything.
When I was little, my mom and I started saying affirmations together every morning. My favorites were: I am smart. I am kind. I am brave. Over time, those little words became something bigger. They helped me feel more confident, more calm, and more like myself.
Because I go to a bilingual Spanish immersion school, I wanted to make sure more kids could feel seen and included too. So we created our affirmations in both English and Spanish. That's how By Mila began.
